Before becoming a licensed Realtor, he worked as a Technical Sales Engineer where he negotiated prices and provided surface-engineering solutions and support to a global client base. A native Texan that has lived in many geographical areas due to her dad’s military background, is now proud to call Granbury home. Chelsea graduated from Monterey High School (2006) in Lubbock, TX and went on to complete her Business degree with Wayland Baptist University. Her career background is in Mortgage Operations where she has held positions from Appraisal Desk Review to Closing/Funding Manager. She has been a Senior Mortgage Closer for 12 years and is excited about getting her clients to the closing table as quickly and efficiently as possible. She has a vast knowledge of mortgage lending and is able to help buyers understand the intricacies of the lending process.
